1. Order confirmation
Immediately after you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This message confirms that we have received your request and pre-authorized your payment method. We then verify stock status with the supplier. If an item is unavailable or on back-order, the pre-authorization is voided and we will notify you by email. For items in stock, we capture the funds and release the order for shipment.
2. Order processing and dispatch
In-stock orders typically leave the warehouse within five business days. As soon as your parcel ships, tracking details are emailed to the address provided at checkout. If you have not received tracking within six business days, please contact us at support@mypilatesdirect.com
3. Tracking updates
Tracking information is usually available within 24 hours after the carrier has collected your order. Once the carrier scans the parcel, you can follow its journey online.
4. Shipping territory
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Certain items may also be available in Canada; if checkout accepts your Canadian address, your order will be fulfilled.
5. Changing the delivery address
After an order has been processed or dispatched, we will attempt to reroute it if you request an address change. Additional carrier fees incurred for rerouting are the customer’s responsibility. Processing times may be extended while the change is completed.
6. Estimated transit times
All transit times shown on product pages or during checkout are estimates, not guarantees. We work closely with suppliers and carriers to minimize delays, but external factors (weather, carrier capacity, supply-chain constraints) can extend delivery. If you choose to cancel an order solely because it did not arrive within the estimated window, you remain responsible for all outbound and return freight charges, storage costs, and any other fees incurred. Fraudulent chargebacks related to shipping delays will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Most orders leave the warehouse within 0 – 2 business days and reach you in 1 – 7 business days, for a total estimated delivery window of 1 – 9 business days.
All transit times are estimates and may change without notice due to carrier capacity, supply-chain delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
